WHERE I CAN GET MY ORDER?


You can receive it at the address you choose (home, work...) or at a collection point.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Delivery times depend on the type of shipping selected:

  • Home delivery (Spain and Portugal): In 2/3 working days (+24/48h for outside the peninsula).
  • Shipping Europe (except Spain and Portugal): In 3-7 working days.
  • Store pickup: 1-3 business days.

In periods of high demand (Black Friday, Christmas, Sales...) there may be delays in shipments.

WHAT IS THE PRICE OF SHIPMENTS?

  • Free shipping costs for purchases over €89 in the peninsula (Spain and Portugal)
  • Home delivery (Spain and Portugal): €3.95 (Except the Balearic Islands: €11.00)
  • Shipping Europe (except Spain and Portugal): €11
  • Pick up in store: FREE

Customs costs are borne by the customer.

WHAT IS THE HOME DELIVERY PROCESS?

If you have chosen home delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order leaves the warehouse) and another courier with a tracking number so you can track it. In the event of an incident, they will contact you.

WHAT IS THE STORE DELIVERY PROCESS?

If you have chosen store delivery, we will send you a shipping confirmation email (when your order leaves the warehouse) and another when the order is in the store, confirming that you can pick it up.

CAN ANOTHER PERSON PICK UP MY ORDER IN THE STORE?

Yes, the person who picks it up must indicate the order number and whose name it is and present an authorization and/or the buyer's identity document (or a photo of the buyer). Finally, they will have to identify themselves and sign for the delivery.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AT HOME AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY?

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a notice or contact you. You can also call the carrier directly and provide the shipment tracking number to arrange a new delivery date. Normally, the default is two attempts in the following days. In the event that you are absent again, the package will be returned to our warehouses. If you want us to send your order again, the costs will be borne by you.
