Returns and Exchanges

Our exchange and return period is 30 calendar days from the date your order is received at your home, or from the receipt notification in store if you have chosen the in-store pickup option.

You can exchange the same item in a different size or color at Noon stores (except at El Corte Inglés corners) or for a non-expiring voucher exclusively for use in-store. On our website, you can also request an exchange (size or color) through our exchange and returns panel.

To make a return, you must follow all the steps on our exchange and returns panel and send your order to our facilities. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Purchases made through our online store and shipped to Portugal cannot be processed at our physical store in Amoreiras. All returns must be processed exclusively through our website, following the steps indicated in the exchange and returns panel.

Remember that garments must be in perfect condition and have a tag attached; otherwise, the return may be rejected.

For hygiene reasons, exchanges or returns of accessories, as well as bikinis or swimsuits that do not have the hygienic adhesive that protects them, cannot be made.

RETURN PROCESS

1. Enter your order number in our returns and exchanges panel, as well as the email address you used when purchasing from NOON SPAIN.

2. Select whether to return your order or part of it.

3. Select the reason for your return. If you want to help us improve, being as honest as possible will be the best option 🙂

4. Prepare your package safely and choose one of the three shipping options available in the panel.

+ Home pickup: This service costs the customer €5.90, which will be deducted from the total refund once we receive the package at our facilities. *Temporarily disabled.
+ Pickup at a pickup point: This service costs the customer €5.90 if sent via Seur *Temporarily disabled, or €4.90 if sent via InPost, which will be deducted from the total refund once we receive the package at our facilities.
+ Self-delivery: Include the items you wish to return via any courier company, ensuring the package is properly sealed (you can use the original packaging or any other packaging) and properly identifying it with the order number and the buyer's name. *Remember that the customer must assume the cost of shipping costs.*


5. You will receive the refund using the same payment method used for your purchase.

To return an item to a Noon store, you must present the order confirmation email. The refund will be issued in the form of a voucher with no expiration date, valid exclusively for use in our physical Noon stores. The return period is 30 calendar days from receipt of the order, or from notification of availability if you selected the in-store pickup option.

CHANGE PROCESS

1. Enter your order number in our returns and exchanges panel and the email address you used for your online purchase.

2. Select whether you want to exchange your order or part of it. You can exchange it for another size/color of the same item.

3. Select the reason for your exchange. If you want to help us improve, please be as honest as possible 🙂

4. We will pick up your item to be exchanged and deliver your new order immediately. Remember, you should not send us the item you wish to exchange; the exchange will be made at your home address!

5. Exchange cost: €5.90. The customer is responsible for the exchange costs.

You can exchange any item or items from your order in the Noon store (except at El Corte Inglés Corners) for the same item in a different size or color. If the exchanged item is for a lower price, the difference will be refunded in the form of a non-expiring voucher for use in the Noon store.

Remember that to make an exchange in store, you don't need to request it online; you only need to present the order confirmation email.

We are sorry if you have received a product with a factory defect. The Order Preparation Department carefully checks each garment before it is shipped.

It is not usual, but if it happens, we will be happy to replace the defective item with another one in perfect condition. To do so, you must contact pedidos@noonspain.com and send us photos to check the defect of the item.

If by mistake, you have received an order or a garment that does not correspond to what you had ordered, contact pedidos@noonspain.com indicating your order number and including a photograph of the products that have arrived.
